Missing Fonts Errors

"The Required Fonts Are Not Present" - Error Message (PC Only)
If you have upgraded Bookshelf or have just installed Bookshelf when you attempt to launch it, you receive an error message saying the required fonts are not present and Bookshelf will not launch. Here is how to correct this error.
  • Go to Add/Remove Programs in the Control Panel
  • Locate VitalSource Bookshelf in the Program List
  • Remove VitalSource Bookshelf from your computer
  • Install Bookshelf 5.5 or greater.
  • Launch Bookshelf 5.5 or greater
