| Cannot Reach the VitalSource Store in IE 7/8 | |
| If you are using Internet
Explorer 7 or 8 and when you go to http://store.vitalsource.com/
either to purchase a book, reset your password, or redeem a book
code and the store page hangs and will not load please follow the
steps outlined below: |
| Reset Internet Explorer | ||
| 1- Open Internet Explorer | 2- Go to the Preferences | 3- Reset and Restart IE |

| If you are unable to load the VitalSource Store in IE 7 or 8, go to the tools menu and select Internet Options | Click on the Advanced tab and press the Reset button. | Press the second Reset button, click the Okay button, then restart IE and go back to the store. |
