Cannot Access http://store.vitalsource.com with IE 7/8

Cannot Reach the VitalSource Store in IE 7/8
If you are using Internet Explorer 7 or 8 and when you go to http://store.vitalsource.com/ either to purchase a book, reset your password, or redeem a book code and the store page hangs and will not load please follow the steps outlined below:

Reset Internet Explorer
1- Open Internet Explorer 2- Go to the Preferences 3- Reset and Restart IE
If you are unable to load the VitalSource Store in IE 7 or 8, go to the tools menu and select Internet Options Click on the Advanced tab and press the Reset button. Press the second Reset button, click the Okay button, then restart IE and go back to the store.
