If you didn‘t receive your password reset email
If you forgot your password, you can submit a request to reset your password. If you did not receive your reset instructions, here are some tips to help you find it:
1. Search for the email
The reset email is sent from [email protected]. Run a search for vitalsource in your inbox. You may also need to check your Archive, Deleted Items, Junk, Spam, and Trash folders.
2. Check your account email
Make sure the email you submit is correct for your VitalSource account.
3. Resend the password reset
If you still have the original reset request tab open in your browser, you can click Resend to resubmit the request, or submit a new request.
4. Verify you are receiving emails
Verify you can receive emails. If you are unable to receive emails, please check with your email provider for a solution.
