I created an account at support.vitalsource.com. Why does the bookshelf say my username or password is not accepted?
Accounts created at support.vitalsource.com are ONLY for support tickets and the login will not allow you to access your content at https://bookshelf.vitalsource.com or in the downloadable or mobile applications.
In order to access your books, you must either create a VitalSource Bookshelf account at https://bookshelf.vitalsource.com or in the downloadable application. If you access your content through an LMS you may need to finish configuring your account to get the username and password set up. If you login through another store portal that takes you into the online bookshelf, you can use the credentials you created to access your content in the downloadable or mobile application.
