What if I am missing notes, highlights, or bookmarks once I am migrated to VitalSource Bookshelf?

It is possible that your notes and highlights were not synchronized between the offline and online versions of your CourseSmart eTextbook before the migration took place or you synchronized your notes right at the start of the migration. In either case, our support team can assist you with retrieving these notes and highlights. Please contact VitalSource Support.
