204 Error - This eTextbook is not available on your account

If you received a ’This eTextbook is not available on your account’ error.” (listed below)
You have encountered this error because Altierus or their eTextbook partners have not yet processed your account to add eTextbooks to your VitalSource Bookshelf user account.
 
Once the Altierus Student Information System has registered and notified us of your new courses and eTextbooks, it can take up to 24hrs to process those requests and provision the eTextbook into your account.
 
If it has been over 24 hours, please contact your Altierus coach to determine if there is an issue with your registration in the course.
