Updating Bookshelf Online Library

When new titles are added to a Bookshelf account, Bookshelf Online may not show those new titles until the library has been refreshed for the user. To refresh the user’s library, follow these steps:

  1. If you’re currently logged into eCollege you will need to launch into your VitalSource e-Textbook; please see this article https://support.vitalsource.com/hc/en-us/articles/206648707
  1. If you’re already logged in and viewing a book, click on the Everest logo in the top left to navigate to the user’s bookshelf.


  1. If you’re not already logged in, please do so through https://everest.vitalsource.com.
  1. Using your mouse, click on Manage in the top-right corner to access the drop-down menu.


  1. Select Update Book Library
