Am I Eligible for a Refund

Students can process refunds for purchases from the VitalSource Store as long as they meet the following conditions:

  • You are refunding a purchase from the US/Canada, UK, or Australia VitalSource store
  • It has been within 14 days of your purchase
  • You have not yet revealed/used the access code for any included online resources that accompanied your purchase
  • You have not viewed and printed, in total, more than twenty percent (20%) of your eBook.

How to Refund a Purchase

  1. Go to the User Account icon and click Account Info.

  2. Click on Transactions, locate your order, click on Details, and then click on Request Refund.

  3. Fill out the form and click the Refund button.

    PLEASE NOTE: Once you complete your refund request, it may take up to 2- 10 business days to post back to your account.

  4. Refunded purchases will show up in the Orders section in Your Account center.
