Refund Requests

Students can process their own refunds for purchases from the VitalSource store as long as the following conditions are met:

  • Purchase was completed from the US/Canada, UK, or Australia VitalSource store
  • It has been within 14 days of your purchase
  • You have not yet revealed/used the access code for any online resource that may be included with your eTextbook purchase.
  • You have not viewed and/or printed, in total, more than twenty percent (20%) of your ebook.

How to process a refund

From the store:

 

Refunded purchases will show up in the Orders section in Your Account center.
