The Gradebook Sync tool allows you to manually select the specific graded items that will be sent to the learning management system (LMS). This feature must be enabled by your Acrobatiq Engagement Manager. The tool is located on the Course Settings page. You can also access it via the Profile Menu.
- To include the module or unit number in the title of each graded item, turn on Add Module or Unit Number.
- To select items by group, use the graded items toggles.
- To add additional columns, click the checkboxes to the left of the items.
- Once all items have been selected, click Create Selected Columns.
All selected items will be created in the LMS gradebook. Columns that have synced to the LMS gradebook will have a green checkmark in the Exists in LMS column.
Note: The title of the item as it appears on the Gradebook Sync page will be the same title that is sent to the gradebook in the LMS.
