Submitting A Support Request

 

Acrobatiq student support pages have been updated and remain accessible from within Acrobatiq courses using the Profile Menu found in the top right of any course page:

Help now connects directly to our Knowledge Base Articles, where many answers to common questions are found:

Use the Contact Us button at the bottom of the page to connect with Acrobatiq Support:

Choose Contact Acrobatiq Support from the drop-down menu and one of the three options to reach us. The Submit a Request option allows you to share links to pages in your course as well as upload any documents or images related to your request:
