I try to log in but get an error: "Authentication failure"  

This can be caused by a few reasons. Please check the following:

  • The username field does not contain an "@email.domain" suffix
  • Your password is typed correctly
  • If you are using a password manager or browser autofill, it may have outdated information

If this is your first time accessing the app with a new account, you may need to reset your password. Please do so through Manage.

     
     
I try to log in but get an error: "Restricted by Ingestion permission"   Your account does not have proper permissions to access Upload. If you believe this is an error, please contact your Customer Success manager.
