|I have a third-party or outsourced personnel uploading files for me. What do I do?||
All Upload users must have a Manage account with the proper permissions set in order to use the tool. Third parties, therefore, must also have accounts, and be members of the companies they are going to distribute on behalf of.
Please contact your Customer Success manager to start a conversation and get your distributors set up with the proper permissions.
|Can I email or send a Dropbox/OneDrive/etc. link instead of using Upload?||
We added the ability to upload files and metadata through Manage as a replacement for FTP, file storage, and email workflows. We are discouraging users from delivering files via these methods, as we will not be accepting files or metadata delivered outside of Upload starting April 1, 2019. It is best not to switch to an intermediary workflow only for it to be refused a few months later.
