|I have a third-party or outsourced personnel uploading files for me. What do I do?||
All Upload users must have a Manage account with the proper permissions set in order to use the tool. Third parties, therefore, must also have accounts, and be members of the companies they are going to distribute on behalf of.
Please contact your Customer Success manager to start a conversation and get your distributors set up with the proper permissions.
|Can I email or send a Dropbox/OneDrive/etc. link instead of using Upload?||
VitalSource Upload has been designed as a replacement for FTP, file storage, and email delivery methods. If you have further questions, or if this workflow does not fit with your current processes, please contact your Customer Success Manager.
