The Learning Objectives page allows you to:
- View a list of all learning objectives (LOs) in a project.
- Add, delete, or edit learning objectives.
- View skills associated with a learning objective.
- Add, remove, or edit skills associated with a learning objective.
- Find learning objectives that have no skills attached.
Add a Learning Objective
1. Navigate to Skill Graph.
2. Click Learning Objectives.
3. Click + New Learning Objective.
4. Add Title.
5. Click Submit.
Edit a Learning Objective
1. Navigate to Skill Graph (as above).
2. Click Learning Objectives.
3. Locate the learning objective you want to update.
4. Click the Edit (pencil) icon and edit the objective.
Add a Skill to a Learning Objective
1. Click the View (eyeball) icon.
2. Click Tag Skills to add a new skill to the learning objective.
3. Click Remove Tag to remove a skill from the learning objective.
Filter Options
Note the filtering options in the screen shot immediately above. You can use both Activity Filters and Learning Objective Filters. The drop-down menu includes:
- No Filter: displays all activities/learning objectives.
- No Activities / No Learning Objectives: displays all items that do not have activities / learning objectives attached.
- Has Activities / Has Learning Objectives: displays all items that do have activities / learning objectives attached.
The skill model will not function properly if the skills are not associated with activities and learning objectives, so the "No Activities" and "No Learning Objectives" filters are a quick way to check your skill map for this issue.
