Instructors can change assignment settings for one or more specified students. For example, you might want to extend the due date or the time limit on a test for certain students.
To set scheduling exceptions for an assignment for one or more students, access the exceptions panel on the Centralized Settings Page by selecting the assignment and clicking Manage Exceptions.
or from Settings > Exceptions on an individual Assignment Launch Page(s)
On the Manage Exceptions panel, enter the student's email address or name in Search and select the student from the list of results.
Apply any combination of dates, times, and time limit.
Select Apply Changes to apply the exception.
Repeat the process for each student who requires an exception.
The new schedule is displayed on the student's Table of Contents and within the relevant content sections and assessments.
