How to resolve multiple VitalSource Accounts
If you no longer use the email address that's associated with your Faculty Sampling Account, we can help you change it. You won’t lose access to your sampled titles, VitalSource content provided to you by your institution, or your verified status.
Should you discover that you have multiple VitalSource accounts, please contact VitalSource Support for assistance.
VitalSource Support will assist you in merging all of your VitalSource accounts into a single account, containing all of your books.
