Are all digital course materials access codes delivered via email?

Most digital courseware access is emailed, but depending on the publisher, they can also be physical access cards that are mailed to students. Check your confirmation email for more details, or log into your online school bookstore account and review your Purchases page for access codes or tracking details. Most digital textbooks are emailed to students soon after purchasing, but if the online bookstore has run out of stock some delays may occur while more access codes are ordered.

I need assistance to ensure my course materials are accessible. Who should I contact?

Schools have offices of disabilities that can help you work with the online bookstore to make sure you have materials that you can access. Publishers make books available digitally which can be used with a eReader. If there is not an ebook available, staff at the office can work with the publisher's accessibility staff to put in a request.

Another great resource is the Accesstext network, which can be found here: https://accesstext.org/
