When Installing Bookshelf for Windows 10 from the Microsoft Store
Possible errors
With any errors during the download or installation of the App from the Microsoft Store you will see “Error: See Details” , and when you click on See Details, it’ll have a message stating “Something unexpected happened. Reporting this problem will help us understand it better. You can wait a bit and try again or restart your device. That may help. Code: 0x80070005“ – (Note: the Code may contain different characters.)

When Installing Bookshelf for Windows 10 without the Microsoft Store
Possible errors

“App Installer failed to install package dependencies. ask the developer for package.”

“Either you need a new certificate installed for this app package, or you need a new app package with trusted certificates. Your system administrator or the app developer can help. The root certificate and all intermediate certificates of the signature in the app package must be trusted (0x800B010A)”
Resolution
These error message are Generic and could be a number of things. Either SSL certificates not up to date or requiring additional Framework software.
Sideloading requires device to already have the following installed:

Microsoft.UI.Xaml.2.8 (version 8.2207.14002.0)

Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 UWP Desktop Runtime Package (version 14.0.30704.0)
Bookshelf requires SSL.com Root Certificates. This is normally included when installing the Windows Operating System but company owned or imaged devices may be missing these required items. To check if the SSL.com Certiificates are installed or missing it may be viewed in the Manage User Certificates console

Control Panel > Certificates (Local Computer) > Trusted Root Certificate Authority > Certificates > and in the list locate the SSL.com
Should these items be missing you will need to install. If you are on a company managed device you will need to reach out to your IT department
