Bookshelf Installation Error: Failed to Install License
This message occurs when there is corruption with the installation of Bookshelf. When this error pops up, please use the following steps to resolve.
- Uninstall VitalSource Bookshelf
- Reboot the computer
- Download a fresh VitalSource Bookshelf installation file
- Install Bookshelf from the new installer file
