How many Pearson+ subscriptions can I have at once?

On the Pearson+ platform, a user can only have one active subscription at a time.

Why can I not get into Pearson+ with my latest subscription purchase?

If you return one Pearson+ item and purchase another (ex: return a Pearson+ single subscription and purchase the Pearson+ multi subscription), there may be a delay of up to 24 hours before you are allowed into the Pearson+ platform with your second purchase.

What should I do if I can’t get into Pearson+?

If you’re attempting to use a second subscription, continue retrying for up to 24 hours. If you continue to be unsuccessful, contact Pearson Support for assistance.
